Field Monitoring and Identification Method for Overflow of Fractured-Vuggy Carbonate Reservoir

Since carbonate reservoirs develop pores and fractures have a complex formation pressure system, overflow even blowout seriously threaten the exploration development of these kinds reservoirs. According to characteristics fractured-vuggy reservoirs, field monitoring identification method for has been developed. This is based on top-down logic framework early identification, combined with optimized parameters. The DBSCAN clustering algorithm used identify abnormal logging parameters, thus, probability weight coefficient (K) indicated by engineering parameters gas well can be calculated. K divided into four warning response levels overflow, control operation made according different response. Based this method, an integrated software system designed. integrates functions data collection management, risk parameter calculation, warning, simulation analysis. Finally, case analysis prediction reservoir in Well XX, method’s stability accuracy are demonstrated, indicating that it practice.
